How many times have you said that to yourself? Chances are never, or very rarely. So let me ask you how many times have you said you've had a terrible/stressful/miserable/tiring day? Probably often. Do you see the point? We're all so used to focusing on the negative that we take the positive for granted, quick to notice the bad and ignore the good.
But you can change all that and if you do you'll be amazed at the results. For what we give out is what we attract, so if we find more positivity in the world that is what will be reflected back at us. Even if things went wrong try and focus on the things that went right and let the other stuff go.
So next time you have an average day, celebrate it, be grateful for all the things that went right and say to yourself.....'Today I had a good day!'
